FAQs

No, we don't supply alcohol. Texas is a dry-hire state, which means you provide the alcohol, and we take care of everything else, from setup and service to cleanup, so you can enjoy your event worry-free. For a seamless experience, we'll provide a tailored Required Liquor List three weeks before your event, detailing the precise types and quantities of alcohol needed to execute your menu.

We determine the ideal number of bartenders based on your guest count, event environment, menu complexity, and venue logistics to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Once we receive your completed Event Questionnaire, we'll review your details and schedule a consultation if needed to discuss your preferences further. From there, we'll create a custom cocktail menu tailored exclusively for your event. Want to try before the big day? We offer private, in-home preview tastings where you can meet our team and sample the cocktails in advance for an additional fee.

By booking Cherry Bomb Bartending, you are confirming that all guests consuming alcohol will be 21+ in accordance with state law. Our bartenders reserve the right to request ID at any time and will refuse service to anyone appearing underage or without valid identification.

To reserve your date, a signed Service Agreement and a 50% deposit are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your event. For weddings and large-scale events, we recommend securing your date 5-8 months in advance, and for more intimate gatherings, a minimum of 4 weeks' notice is suggested. (Bookings outside this window are also welcome).

Absolutely. Our non-alcoholic mocktails are prepared with the same premium ingredients and meticulous care as our cocktails. These sophisticated beverages are perfect for baby showers, graduations, family celebrations, and any gathering with diverse guests. Additionally, we're happy to provide premium teas, house-made lemonades, sodas, and fresh juices upon request.
